  • In short…move more! If you are at a stand still with your weight (or fat loss) & do not want to eat less food, then you have no other choice but to look to increase energy output more. ⁣
  • Over a period of months if you are not losing weight, there is nothing magic going on…you are eating too much food & not moving enough. Otherwise you would be lose weight.⁣
  • e.g If you are currently walking 5,000 steps a day average or less, aim to increase these by a minimum of 1000 from tomorrow. (ANYONE can do this)⁣
  • If you want to tone, you need to start lifting weights frequently
