  • Our LLA Coaching Hub is where you can post your daily meals, get ideas from the rest of the group. Ask questions on exercise, injuries, sleep, mindset, nutrition.

Support

  • Support will come from your four coaches Mikie & Michael take care of exercise, workouts, injuries and getting you moving. Marie is your Mindset Coach to help you set goals and stay on track. Siobhan gives you advice on your eating habits, how to improve them and also helps you get used to tracking your foods.

Exercise

  • 3 Live or recorded workouts per week.
