Signed up as part of LLA3. I was absolutely petrified, and was considering backing out before our first meeting! But once all the ladies were there and we met the coaches (all online), I felt motivated and comfortable because everyone had their different reasons for joining but at the same time we all had the same goal: to get healthier and to overall feel better about ourselves.
Having workouts scheduled for mornings and evenings was so handy, it definitely put shape on how my day was going to be with the workouts. You’d be dying and sweating after them all but overtime I started feeling myself being able to do more squats in the time given or more push ups! It’s such an unreal feeling especially having never really loved working out.
With food, binge eating was all I did but through this I was able to learn more about nutrients and other meals that I could prepare for myself.. although I still haven’t gotten around to doing a roast chicken Siobhán Ní HIonghaile😭 I know my meals better now and don’t binge eat anymore but every now and then I know I can treat myself! 🥰
Having a mindfulness coach was amazing. I was able to fix my sleep routine, set goals for myself – not only fitness wise but for my career and life in general! I honestly could not recommend this enough. I still continue with my eating and workouts, it’s so true when they say it’s not a diet but a lifestyle change!

I’m still on the previous LLA and having the best time. I’m slightly different as I had been doing the exercise classes at the gym with the boys. I needed to re-educate myself with food and needed a helping hand. That is exactly what I got. The support and encouragement from all of the team is truly the best.
Everyone brings something different to the table and it’s just the beginning me. The team have gave me the tools I need to continue. I cannot recommend this programme enough. I keep setting myself new goals. No stopping me now because of all the help these guys have gave me. I believe I can do it!

I took part in the LLA programme for 60days and the reason I did it was I needed try and get my health back on track as I had lost my self-confidence and my energy was just zero so I needed help with how to get back to eating and doing a bit of exercise which for me is limited due to my illness. BUT these guys/girls and group helped me to do this. It’s the best thing you can do for YOURSELF. Trust them and you will enjoy it and it will never be lonely and will become a little family 👪

I signed up for the LLA3 classes back in October after having my baby in January I had put on weight and to this day I haven’t looked back, this academy has to be the best thing you can do for yourself in the line of support you receive from Michael and Mikie, Marie and Siobhan to succeed your goal, and still to this day the support you get from them is incredible , wish I had joined them sooner, Do this for yourself ladies and you will not look back. Incredible group to be part of , A+++++++

I’m in the middle of LLA4 day 39 if 60. I was so afraid to take the plunge and join but I’m so glad I did. I went into this program wanting to shed weight but it has been so much more. I’ve been trapped in diet mentality for probably 20 years and finally I’m free. With the help and support of all the coaches they really are there to help every step of the way. I never thought that I would enjoy the workouts and now I really do and getting out for the walk is just a natural part of my day now. My energy levels are better than ever and I’m sleeping so good. Only 39 days and I know that after the 60 days are up I will have the tools to carry on and sustain a healthy lifestyle. I honestly couldn’t recommend this more. There really is nothing like it anywhere else.

The LLA program is not a fad diet or a quick fix. This program taught me how to really live a healthy lifestyle and how to achieve some balance in my life. Before the program I was over working and under exercising!! The program taught me how simple changes every day can benefit you hugely in the long run. The program provided me with a wealth of knowledge in regards to nutrition and mindset. The community built within the program is encouraging, reassuring and will support you along every step of the program and after. If you are someone looking to build a healthy routine, or looking to work towards building a more positive mindset or achieving a better work/life balance – this program is for you!

I took part in the LLA 2 group , which commenced last September. I was convinced by a friend of mine to take the leap who had loved LLA 1 and couldn’t say enough about it. I was stuck in a rut and badly needed motivation in every sense, not just to lose weight.
It’s a fantastic program which covers all angles to ensure your head, mind and body gets what it deserves. And this is coming from someone who didn’t mind an odd walk . But from educating you regarding nutrition( not dieting) to learning how to remain focused & positive through mindfulness , and introducing you to workouts which are catered for all levels of fitness, it’s a fantastic program.
The approach taken from the four coaches Michael, Mikey, Siobhan and Marie was so supportive and individual ,as well as the support from the rest of the ladies in the same boat, I cannot recommend this program enough. if you are willing to give it your all , you will not regret it for a minute. It’s a whole New approach to life.

Prior to commencing the LLA 2 programme I would have exercised the odd time but there was no consistency and food wise I literally ate mindlessly as a pastime every evening. This resulted in feeling lousy and tired all the time and it was a vicious circle. LLA was a gift!The program does not limit you in any way in terms of food you enjoy. It does however raise your awareness of how best to work the food you love. With LLA you reap the rewards so quickly in terms of physical and mental wellbeing that it becomes easy and natural to sustain your new healthier lifestyle. The team are just wonderful and you will never regret starting the program…it will genuinely have a positive effect on all aspects of your life!

If you are thinking about doing the LLA5 think no more, bite the bullet. It is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself. I learned so much and lost weight over the 60 days while still being able to enjoy myself. The support, encouragement and motivation from all 4 coaches and the girls in this group is amazing. I am much happier and healthier in body and mind. I cannot recommend this programme enough.
